The Role

- Cert III Traineeship
- Casual Early Childhood Educators
Traineeship:
You will be provided with on the job training, support, mentoring and allocated study time. Upon the completion of your Traineeship, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Willing to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working towards or hold a Cert III / Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working towards or hold a Bachelor of Education (Birth – 5 years)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current Children Protection, First Aid & CPR certificate
- Developing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators
- Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators
