This Lunar Year, the Oz Education team held a stall at both the Auburn and Marrickville Lunar Year festivals . It was an exciting event that celebrated the year of the Sheep and ushered a period of peace, harmony, tranquility and opened up our eyes to a world of imagination and vivid colours.
The street parades that were lead by the dancing Dragon were wonderful to watch! The Oz Education team took this opportunity to bring a little creativity to the event by setting up a fun-filled arts and craft table where the children were shown how to make a free standing sheep, a collage of a dragon and a paper fan to celebrate the beginning of the Lunar Year.
