The centre offers state-of-art facilities built for safety. Spacious and bright play rooms, large sun-safe outdoor areas with all-weather play areas with soft-landing, CCTV, car park and high-quality childcare services offer peace of mind for busy working parents.
Premium Child Care starting from $15*
Oz Education Redfern provides a wide range of exceptional long day care services that are included in your enrolment. An approved Childcare subsidy centre, you can save $2,174 for 4-year-olds and $515 for 3-year-olds. Your daily fees start from $15 if you are eligible for *95% Child Care Subsidy.

Children from our Redfern childcare and early learning centre can look forward to fun learning experiences all year round. From hands-on STEM learning to award-winning programs, Oz Education Glendale early learners have the best opportunity for a great start for school and life.
What's included daily
- The centre is approved for the NSW government Child Care Subsidy making it accessible to eligible families and those with a 95% CCS pay only $15 per day. Those below, can enjoy up to 30% extra subsidy for younger siblings.
- The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) assists parents in completing their English classes, while providing children with play-based learning opportunities.
- The Start Strong Program which helps reduce preschool fees by $515 to $2,174 annually for children turning 3 and 4.

Oz Education Redfern is conveniently located in Sydney city within the new Pemulwuy Precinct, opposite Redfern station with easy access from Wyndham St and Regent St if you’re entering the city from Cleveland Street, Pitt Street or George Street.

As a Centre Manager, I’m deeply passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, confident, and valued. I’ve always believed that childhood is a time of wonder, and it’s a privilege to play a part in helping children make sense of the world around them.

I see learning as something that happens everywhere and in every moment. I love creating environments that spark curiosity and give children the freedom to explore, imagine and grow in their own unique way.
I’m inspired by the knowledge and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their strong sense of community and connection to place. This reminds me daily of the importance of relationships with each other, with nature, and with the communities we belong to.
Building strong partnerships with families is something I value deeply. Parents are a child’s first and most important teachers, and I believe that by working together, we can create the best outcomes for every child.
I care deeply about fostering a sense of belonging for every family who walks through our doors. My hope is that our centre feels like a community, a place where people come together, celebrate, support one another, and know they are not alone.
Above all, I am committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child who I have the pleasure of joining in their learning journey.

With a well-rounded perspective on best practices and a commitment to exceeding the National Quality Standards, she leads with dedication to continuous improvement and inclusive, child-centred learning.
Annika’s vision is to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential. She champions personalised learning experiences and places strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with families, recognising them as vital partners in each child’s development.
Under her leadership, the centre celebrates the diversity of its community, with a special focus on integrating Aboriginal culture and perspectives into daily learning—fostering respect, understanding, and connection to Country.
Annika is equally committed to her team, promoting professional development, supportive leadership, and a collaborative culture where educators can thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and stays actively involved in the community, reflecting her belief in making a positive impact both in and beyond the classroom.
