Supporting you all the Way

Childcare Fee-friendly Policy

Our fee-friendly policy waives the waitlist fee for priority placement when new intakes open. Join one of our centres‘ waitlist and enjoy complimentary orientations for a smooth transition. A fully-refundable deposit is required upon enrolment, and eligible families can benefit from a childcare subsidy to reduce fees. All you pay is your out-of-pocket expenses minus your eligible government Childcare Subsidy. Additionally, there are no charges for withdrawals, providing peace of mind if circumstances change.

Childcare Fee Savings

Subsidised Childcare Fees

Oz Education Early Learning Centres are approved for the government’s child care subsidy which makes childcare more affordable for our families. If your family is entitled to a maximum subsidy of 95%, your fees could start from as little as $12 a day. To learn more about your entitlements, visit our Childcare Subsidy page.

Siblings Discounts

If you have more than one child, you can enjoy higher childcare subsidies at Oz Education. Families with more than one child aged 5 or under in our care, will get a higher childcare subsidy for their second child and younger children (30% extra subsidy, up to a maximum of 95%). Get started by using our childcare subsidy calculator.

Preschool Fees Relief

Families at Oz Education can benefit from the NSW Government Start Strong Long Daycare Program, which helps reduce preschool fees amid rising living costs. Children turning 4 by July 31 each year receive $2,110 annually for fee relief, while those turning 3 receive $500, both allocated on top of the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to lower weekly gap fees.

Calculate your Subsidy

The childcare subsidy is based on income. Families earning below $83,280 qualify for a 90% subsidy. Those earning between $83,280 and $533,280 may receive a reduced subsidy, decreasing by 1% for every $5,000 earned above $83,280. Check your eligibility using our Child Care Subsidy calculator.

Save with Flexible Hours

Our early learning centres offer Flexible Hours – 9, 10, 11 or full day long daycare sessions to help minimise their out-of-pocket expenses for childcare and save further. Your CCS percentage applies to your chosen centre hourly fees which reduces the fees you pay. To learn more, find a centre or book a tour.
