With 10 years of experience as a Centre Director and over 20 years in leadership roles—including as Educational Leader and Room Leader—Belinda is known for her calm, confident leadership style and her unwavering commitment to supporting both children and educators. Her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community has made her a respected and familiar presence in the Fairfield area.
Belinda believes that every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported in their learning journey.
