Oz Education Tuggerah is conveniently located next to Tuggerah train station and the entrance to Pacific Highway. The entrance to M2 and Tuggerah Business Park is just a 2-minute drive away. Within Tuggerah Home Co., you will have easy access to cafes, shops and a host of other amenities. The centre houses five air-conditioned classrooms and three large all-weather safe playgrounds to promote creative exploration, learning and physical activity.

I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with families and guiding each child as they grow, explore, and thrive in our care.

With over six years of experience in the education and care sector, Darcy Mount brings strong leadership and a passion for quality early learning to his role as Centre Director at Oz Education Tuggerah. He has led teams for the majority of his career and has held Centre Director roles for over three years, including experience across both early childhood and school-aged care settings.
Darcy is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can thrive and feel empowered in their learning journey. His leadership style focuses on building strong, collaborative teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Since joining Oz Education, Darcy has been dedicated to upholding the highest standards in early childhood education and ensuring that every child, family, and educator feels supported and valued.
Outside of work, Darcy enjoys staying active and involved in his local community, reflecting his belief in lifelong learning and making a positive impact both within and beyond the centre.
