3 Day Guarantee Starting 5 January 2026
The Government has introduced the 3 Day Guarantee, which provides all CCS eligible families with a minimum of 72 subsidised hours per fortnight, no matter your work, study or training hours.
Oz Education Early Learning Centres offer flexible hours – 9, 10, 11 or full day long daycare sessions to help minimise your out-of-pocket expenses for childcare and save further. If your family is entitled to a maximum subsidy of 95%, your fees could start from as little as $12 a day, depending on the centre.
We’re here to support families and provide the best care and learning for every child.

More Access
Families who previously didn’t qualify for sufficient subsidised hours can now enrol in more days of care.
No More Activity Test
No requirement to meet a work, study, or activity test to access this basic level of care.
Reduced Costs
Most families will pay less out of pocket, with no one worse off for the extra days you previously requested

Government Approved Initiative
The 3 Day Guarantee is an initiative introduced by the government to provide a guaranteed 3 days of care per week, giving families more support and confidence when enroling their child at Oz Education.
To receive the subsidy, you must apply through Services Australia. The Child Care Subsidy is available to everyone with a household income below $535,279.
100 Hours Per Fortnight
Families can get 100 hours of subsidised child care each fortnight for each child if they:
- are caring for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander child
- have more than 48 hours each fortnight of recognised participation
