Childcare Fee-friendly Policy
Our fee-friendly childcare policy is designed to support families with flexible and affordable options. We waive waitlist fees for priority placement when new enrolments open, making it easier to secure a spot at one of our centres.
By joining our childcare waitlist, families also receive complimentary orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition for both parents and children.
A deposit is required upon enrolment, and eligible families can take advantage of the Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to significantly reduce childcare costs. This means you only pay your out-of-pocket childcare fees after your subsidy is applied.

Subsidised Childcare Fees
Oz Education centres are all approved for the government’s child care subsidy which makes childcare more affordable for our families. Calculate Your Subsidy
The childcare subsidy is based on income. Families earning below $88,520 qualify for a 90% subsidy. Those earning between $88,520 and $538,520 may receive a reduced subsidy, decreasing by 1% for every $5,000 earned above $88,520. Check your eligibility using our Child Care Subsidy calculator.
Siblings Discount
If you have more than one child, you can enjoy higher childcare subsidies at Oz Education. Families with more than one child aged 5 or under in our care, will get a higher childcare subsidy for their second child and younger children (20% extra subsidy, up to a maximum of 95%). Save With Flexible Hours
Our early learning centres offer Flexible Hours – 9, 10, 11 or full day long daycare sessions to help minimise their out-of-pocket expenses for childcare and save further. Victoria Free Kinder
Families in Victoria can benefit from the Government’s Free Kinder Program, which provides funded kindergarten hours for eligible 3 and 4-year-old children.
