With a decade of experience in the early childhood education sector, Arlin Tahmizian brings a deep understanding of quality care and a strong commitment to children’s development in her role as Centre Director at Oz Education Guildford. Having been a valued member of the Oz Education team for over eight years, Arlin has built a solid foundation in leadership through roles as Educational Leader and Assistant Director before stepping into her current position.
Arlin’s approach is centred on creating a warm, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported to grow and thrive. She is passionate about fostering a strong team culture, where educators feel empowered, valued, and motivated to continuously improve.
Now leading the Guildford centre, Arlin is committed to strengthening care and education practices, building meaningful partnerships with families, and exceeding the National Quality Standards through continuous improvement.
Outside of her professional role, Arlin enjoys spending time with family and engaging with her local community—values that she brings into her leadership and day-to-day work at the centre.

For more than 45 years, our centres have proudly met and maintained the standards of the National Quality Framework (NQF), creating safe, nurturing environments where every child is protected, supported, and valued.

Childcare Funding Support For Families
The Government has introduced the 3 Day Guarantee, which provides all CCS eligible families with a minimum of 72 subsidised hours per fortnight, no matter your work, study or training hours.
Oz Education Early Learning Centres offer flexible hours – 9, 10, 11 or full day long daycare sessions to help minimise your out-of-pocket expenses for childcare and save further. If your family is entitled to a maximum subsidy of 95%, your fees could start from as little as $12 a day, depending on the centre.
Oz Education centres in New South Wales are approved for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and participate in the NSW Start Strong program.
