Families can look forward to an array of fun activities at our new Fairfield Centre Open Day on Saturday 17 Sept 2022 from 10.0am to 1.00pm at Level 1, Fairfield Shopping Centre, 54 Smart Street, Fairfield.
Our Centre Director Roukayah Ghamraoui and friendly educators will be available to talk with families about our childcare and preschool programs on offer, and families will be able to tour our facilities.
Little ones can look forward to lots of fun family activities and enjoy morning tea while parents and carers connect with other caregivers.
A variety of construction, social, sensory and role play will be available at our nursery, toddler and preschool rooms to help parents understand our play-based approach to early learning.
Our new Fairfield Centre aims to create exceptional early learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.
“Our early childhood programs are tailored to suit individual needs, interests and strengths. We offer a unique curriculum that covers eight key learning areas, giving every child access to a balanced education,” says Ms Ghamraoui who was the previous Deputy Director at our Lidcombe Centre.
“Our broad curriculum enables our educators to nurture each child’s cognitive, social and physical development and potential. These learning areas range from creative art, music, dance, human, society and its environment (HSIE), literacy and language, sports, health & well-being, numeracy, science to technology.”
We also offer extended learning opportunities to develop numeracy and literacy by incorporating a school readiness program into our Advantage Preschool Program in a fun way,”
“Throughout the year, children will love having the opportunity to participate in Oz Education extracurricular dance and sports classes. The multi-sport and dance programs delivered by qualified sports coaches and dance teachers are designed to develop amazing physical skills.
We also run community events where every child can develop their world view and take pride in being active citizens in their local community.”
The centre also organises a number of multicultural events to create a sense of identity, belonging, and respect amongst our early learners, including cultural celebrations which provide a rich and diverse experience for children and their families.
