Oz Education Tuggerah’s new centre Director Dannielle King has been appointed to lead our Tuggerah team. Dannielle will focus on partnering with families to support their unique needs and create the best outcomes for every child.
The new purpose built centre opened in December last year, offering families in the Central Coast exceptional early learning programs that Oz Education Early Learning Centres have been providing for nearly 40 years.
The centre houses five spacious, age appropriate rooms for babies from 6 weeks and children up to 6 years old.
The outdoor area is all weather proof with large shades and sunlight, featuring three large, safe play areas with sandpits as well as stimulating play equipment.
Oz Education Tuggerah is situated within Tuggerah Super Centre which houses cafes, shops and services with plenty of car parking spaces. It is also conveniently located next to Tuggerah train station.
Oz Education has a strong focus on community building. The new centre features a large community area where parents can meet and enjoy snacks prepared by Cheri, Tuggerah’s Chef.
”Each child grows and develops in their own unique way and our holistic approach to early education enables the child to grow and thrive,” says Dannielle who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology and aims to combine her studies in psychology with her experience in early childhood teaching.
“Emotional intelligence is an important aspect of setting each child up for a lifetime of learning and experiences, and when you teach children emotional intelligence, you give them the most essential skill for success in life.”

Oz Education Operations Manager Rebecca Agius said the centre has been developed to truly support children to reach their potential.
“The centre is designed to provide children with a stimulating learning environment and the opportunity to participate in co-curricular programs from sports, dance to language,” says Rebecca.
“Everyone on the team has worked incredibly hard to ensure the centre was ready to open and provide much-needed early education and care for children on Central Coast.”
